Clark County’s New Homes Tour

“The NW Natural New Homes Tour allows attendees the opportunity to tour 11 exceptional homes of superior design and value. The homes feature popular layouts, trending designs, beautiful amenities, and high-quality construction as they are built by some of the finest home builders in Southwest Washington,” said John Colgate, Event Chair and Owner of Affinity Homes.

The first two weekends in October (3-4 & 10-11) offer attendees the ability to tour the hottest new homes on the market, representing a variety of home styles built by 11 different builders. It is the perfect event for serious homebuyers or anyone just browsing. Homes on the tour range from the mid-$400,000s to over a million so there are homes available for touring no matter your budget.

To embark on the tour, find the official show guide in The Columbian next Sunday, September 27th, pick-up the event guide at participating homes or download online at www.thenewhomestour.com. This is a scattered site tour and visitors can start at any home. Homes will be open for viewing between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm each day of the event.

Because of this unprecedented time, we are offering virtual tours of many homes featured in the NW Natural New Homes Tour. Virtual tours will be available for viewing starting October 3.

Three categories of awards will be voted upon by those in attendance so please remember to vote online at www.thenewhomestour.com.
