All homes are unique, whether it is location, how it presents, or what it offers the buyer; every home is special.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Being of service to others is the most gratifying part of my career.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
Continued growth in Clark County will remain strong and steady. As renters begin to realize they can own a home for less than their current rent, this segment of our community will add to our current buyer base. We also have a strong influx of relocation buyers to our market, and of course we will always have people upsizing and downsizing based on their needs and lifestyles.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
We currently have five rescue dogs and fenced acreage for them to roam and enjoy. I have twins, recent graduates of V.S.A.A. Madison is enrolled at Boston University and Brian is enrolled at the University of Washington.

What do you like about living in this area?
We live in the most beautiful area. We have rivers, oceans, mountains and forests all within an hour of home. Plus we are neighborly and kind. Someone will always look out for you no matter where you are.
