How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I’ve been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 2010. As a licensed Broker/Realtor® in both Washington and California, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of the real estate market.

What is your specialty?
I specialize in residential real estate in Clark County. Helping individuals, couples and families to reach their home ownership dreams is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job!

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Partner with a real estate professional you can trust, and one who is devoted to helping YOU achieve your goals. Your choice does make a difference!

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
A few years back, I sold a French country estate with an amazing backyard! On over an acre of land, the backyard oasis was an entertainer’s delight which included an in-ground salt water pool and a 10 person spa. An outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, full size sports court, sand play area and a view of the nearby hills were some of the other features.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make in a lifetime. As a real estate professional, I consider every possible outcome and prepare for any challenge that may arise. My greatest joy comes when handing over the keys to a new homebuyer.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
2017 should be a good year for real estate in Clark County! Interest rates are still low and job markets are strengthening, which drives more buyers into the market. Shrinking inventory means less competition for sellers and rising home prices!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I love spending time with my family! My husband, Chad, and I are the proud parents of five children. Our oldest son and his wife live in Camas, and their two little boys are our first grandchildren! I also enjoy being outdoors – kayaking, hiking, watching my favorite baseball team (the San Francisco Giants), reading and supporting my kids as they participate in their extra-curricular activities, including high school band and little league baseball. I serve in my local church congregation and volunteer in my community.

What do you like about living in this area?
The beautiful outdoors. There is so much green everywhere, and it’s not too hot. Here in Clark County we are close to rivers, mountains, the ocean and a large metropolitan area with lots of activities. We have the best of everything!
