How long have you worked in Real Estate?
Collectively we have 17 years of experience selling real estate in the Clark County area.
What is your specialty?
Cooper Real Estate Team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Whether working with first time home buyers or our luxury home clientele, our knowledge, expertise and the ability to truly listen to our clients’ needs is what makes us stand out from our competitors. We believe that real estate is more than a transaction, but rather a relationship that continues long after closing.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Hire an expert, because the real estate market is ever changing. It is important that you work with someone that is knowledgeable in the market place that will help navigate you during all market conditions.
What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
We currently have a luxury listing in Summer Hills that is truly like, “Your Own Personal Resort.” This gorgeous 7105 sq. ft. home includes an in-ground pool, outdoor kitchen, custom play area, and a professional putting green.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
We recently went on a listing appointment and gave our complete listing presentation in the Seller’s master bedroom sitting on their bed, while Mrs. Seller breastfed her baby and Mr. Seller stood nearby to discuss our marketing plan. That was a definite first!
What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
One of the most gratifying aspects of this business is the relationships that are made that last long after closing. Our clients know that they can call us at any time and we will be there in a heartbeat.
What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
The market has rebounded substantially and will most likely continue over the next several years. This will allow buyers and seller to reap the benefits of a stable real estate environment.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
Lisa: I enjoy spending time with family, movies, traveling and one of my favorite de-stress activies “baking and/or cooking” Alicia: Spending time with family and friends, walking my fur-baby Auddy, watching movies, instructing/taking Pure Barre, and a lover of all sports.
Volunteering in our community is very important to both of us. We support the Pink Lemonade Project, the Share House and other homeless shelters throughout our community. We are huge supporters of the “Land Here. Live Here. Learn Here.” program in Clark County as well.
What do you like about living in this area?
We live in the perfect location. Whether you want to take in a Broadway Show in Portland, visit Mt. Hood or travel to the beach, you are just a short drive away.
Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
Cooper Real Estate Team believes in building strong relationships and giving back to the community. Joining Real Living, The Real Estate Group was a natural transition for our team. Chad and Hollie Sessions hold our same core values and have a vision unlike any company in the area.
