How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I am a relatively new agent, but I have worked in and around real estate for about 5 years. When somebody chooses me as their agent they get the very best service they can possibly receive, because I am a professional. Gary Keller recently said that being a professional is knowing what you know, and knowing what you don’t know, and then finding the answers for what you don’t know. I am a realtor for Keller Williams which is rated the best training company out of all the real estate companies in the U.S.
What are the top three things that separate you from your competition?
I feel like I was born to help people, and I did that as a Combat Medic in the ARMY for 4 years. The ARMY taught me a lot of things, but nothing more important than selfless service. I think my tenacity separates me from my competition. I don’t give up. I am also extremely passionate about finding the right homes for my buyers, and finding buyers for my sellers.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
For a buyer I would tell you, there is not a perfect home. There is not a 10 out there, you have to make it a 10 when you move in.
For a seller I would say, find the right listing agent. Hire someone who will be honest with you and not overprice, someone who will market your home properly, and actively sell your home to other agents and buyers.
What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most gratifying aspect of what I do is helping clients. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than likely the biggest transaction people make in their lifetime, so people need to have an agent who cares.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
When I am not working I enjoy road trips with my wife, playing football for a local amateur team, and basically anything outdoors.
What do you like about living in this area?
I really like the fact that there is always something to do outdoors. Even in the rain.
Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
The most important thing I want the readers to know about me is that I am a highly trained professional and that I care. Keller Williams is the #1 company in North America, by agent count. There is a reason we are so successful and I believe it’s the agents we surround ourselves with, the amazing culture and the tools and resources available to us. There is a huge support system in place and as an agent at Keller Williams I feel my success is a natural by-product of that.
