What is your specialty?
Short sales were a huge part of my business for the last 8-9 years but now I focus on the Homes for Heroes program. It’s my way of giving back to the military, fire fighters, police, teachers and the medical industry.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Hire a Realtor® that listens!

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
Recently listed a home that had “hidden” compartments, not necessarily rooms but areas to hide “things.” It was kind of creepy but a good selling point!

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
My clients signed us up for the HGTV House Hunters show and we did it! That was so much fun and I really got to know my clients a lot better. My 15 minutes of fame!

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Inventory is a big challenge right now! But it’s always gratifying when clients go to closing. Always love to see their smiling faces when I hand them their keys!

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
Even though interest rates are going up, I feel Clark County home prices will stabilize, especially when the new construction inventory catches up with the demand.

What do you enjoy doing when you are working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
This year I have volunteered with the CCAR Education Committee. I love meeting all the new agents who are attending our Lunch & Learn’s. Whenever possible, I love going to the beach, and put my toes in the sand! And my 6 year old granddaughter is the highlight of my day. She keeps me silly!

What do you like about living in this area?
Being a Florida transplant, I love the change of seasons and the small town feel of Vancouver.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I love working at Imaging Homes Realty and our collective spirit to reach out to the community. We donate our time via several avenues and it’s an excellent way to give back. After all, at the end of the day, nothing’s more important than impacting someone’s life in a positive way.
