How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I have been a licensed real estate broker since 2002. Together with my team, the SWB Group, we have over 40 years combined experience in the real estate market.

What is your specialty?
Relationships are our business. Real Estate Service is our product. We constantly strive to go above and beyond our clients’ expectations to provide “the best real estate experience” they deserve.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Look to find an agent that has your same end goal in mind. Whether it is buying or selling, there are so many different options. To find an agent that truly cares about you is priceless!

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
Recently, I would have to say my own…only for the fact that it was a very humbling experience to really get to the core of how very personal this job is.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
After so many years, nothing really is unusual anymore but some situations sure become interesting.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Honestly, I love what I do…countless hours but the end result is so gratifying. It’s indescribable and the continued friendship is cherished.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
There are many different predictions about the real estate market, but what we do know for sure is that with inventory as low as it has been, it is a great time to sell.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
Outside of work I enjoy time with my two awesome girls and amazing husband. We love going to the mountain to snowboard, beach to surf and barn to be with our two incredible horses. We also love spending time with the best family and friends in the world!

What do you like about living in this area?
I have been raised in Vancouver since I was very young. It is such a wonderful and beautiful place not only to live but to raise our family. There are the best schools, solid down-to-earth people and opportunities to learn and grow in so many ways.
