How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I’ve been working in Real Estate for just about the best three years of my adult life! My Real Estate career is being built atop a 20-year restaurateur foundation where I worked as a chef and eventually opened a restaurant, catering company and a food truck.

What is your specialty?
I think my specialty is empathizing with people’s situations. I really do care about people and their needs and that’s a driving force for me, both personally and professionally.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
My best advice is to find a Realtor® that you feel comfortable with and feel you can trust to be professional, loyal and ethical when representing you.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Providing the smoothest transaction possible for my clients can be a challenge. Much like there’s chaos in restaurant kitchens while there’s calm in the dining room, there can be a bit of behind the scenes in the process of buying or selling a house. I try and diffuse as much as possible without alarming my clients unnecessarily. Emotions and tension are already heightened so it’s my job to stay calm and keep the peace. When I close a really tough transaction and my clients know it was difficult but they don’t realize the depths of the drama, that’s gratifying!

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
I see a lot of great things happening in the area over the next several years. It’s my belief that we will continue to have great opportunities for both buyers and sellers. There are several new neighborhoods being built and some great lending options for buyers of all types, it gets me excited!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
One of my favorite things to do is hang out with my three best friends which happen to be my husband, son and daughter. We enjoy playing and watching sports, listening to music, camping, being silly, volunteering and we love jumping in the river for the Polar Plunge, this will be our 6[th] year. I love to cook as well and enjoy making tasty treats for my family and clients.

What do you like about living in this area?
It’s very similar to where I grew up so it reminds me a bit of home. I enjoy living with one foot in the country and one in the city. We love the NW and this area doesn’t disappoint in terms of outdoor beauty and possible adventures.
