What is your specialty?
I specialize in residential real estate in Clark County. My goal is to assist clients in navigating through every step of the process, so they are able to make a confident, educated and sound decision for their families.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Whether buying, selling or investing in real estate, don’t go at it alone. What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Everyone’s story is uniquely different, as are the challenges I get to help them navigate along the way. The most gratifying aspect of being a Realtor is when I get the opportunity to help my clients reach their real estate goals. Whether that be handing keys to a first time homebuyer, helping a growing family sell their starter home and move into something larger, or helping an entrepreneur on the road to financial freedom with their first investment property.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
The market is ever changing. I really wish I had a crystal ball to be able to see what lies ahead for the market. What I can say is, as a local expert on your side, I am here to interpret the market for you as it does change.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, family, fun?
I spend my free time with my family. I’m extremely fortunate to be the proud father of two amazing sons, Carson 9 and Jaxon 4. We are adventure seekers who love hiking, kayaking, golfing and exploring the great Pacific Northwest. I always enjoy a great happy hour with friends, family, and clients to continue building relationships for both personal and professional purposes. Attending concerts is one of my favorite pastimes.

What do you like about living in this area?
Being born and raised in Clark County, I couldn’t ask for more than being a short car ride from mountains, the beach and sand dunes. The opportunity​ ​to​ ​be​ ​able​ ​to​ ​experience​ ​four​ ​distinct​ ​seasons​ ​here​ ​every​ ​year​ ​is​ simply ​unparalleled.​ Being just across the river from Portland allows us to drive across the bridge and experience everything that a large metro city has to offer, while still coming back home to the feeling of charming small town USA. With new restaurants, breweries and attractions popping up all the time, small business collaborations are happening everywhere and that is exciting. Lastly, let us not forget, the huge 32 acre waterfront development that is already underway! It’s going to bring so much vibrancy and culture to Vancouver.
