How long have you worked in Real Estate?
Serving Clark County since 2004.
What is your specialty?
Listening to our clients! We pride ourselves on hearing and understanding what they want to accomplish and helping them do that. Personally, I have a passion for coaching and development, which spills over to our client transactions and agent development.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Ask all the questions you can think of and keep them coming! A great broker will help you understand the process and what to expect next. Find a great match that works well for your needs, personality and communication style. This is meant to be a unique and personal process for you so your broker should complement that process and make it the best it can be.
What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
A BATCAVE! A house we sold had a kiddo who loved Batman so his awesome parents turned two rooms into a batcave with foam insulation and everything painted black…. Luckily the buyers that bought it also were team Batman!
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate?
One of our sellers fell asleep after being sick, taking a shower and Nyquil. That also made him forget about the showing so buyers walked in on a naked man completely passed out on the bed. That was a fun call to get! That’s the most unusual PG story I can think of.
What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
It is very gratifying to see things come together as planned and working through difficult scenarios. I thrive when clients ask “what should we do” or “what do you think”. It’s also been amazing to watch our team grow and develop.
What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
I’m a numbers guy so I consistently track trends and this time pricing has leveled a bit. At the same time, over 1,000 homes a month went pending so that is a positive trend.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
My wife and I enjoy spending time with our family and loving on our lab Bentley! I enjoy following Blazers, driving or checking out cool cars, and listening to music.
What do you like about living in this area?
This part of the country is such a hidden treasure. Everything is so close from the airport, to trips to the beach or to the mountains. People are so nice and I love the seasons we have.
Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
We are a group of people who are honest, hardworking, contributing members of our community, and who will be with you through thick and thin. We so appreciate the relationships we form. Our agency has obtained Best of Vancouver and claimed the #1 Resale Agent spot so we are extremely proud of that as well.
