Catering to the Active Adult buyer group over the last 25 years has made us “unofficially” the local experts. We have perfected a building process that provides each client to get exactly what they want. Personalized service is important to us. We have an in house designer that has the benefit of working with Active Adults on a daily basis. This really helps our clients gain confidence when making decisions.

Having built over 2500 homes in my career has taught me what works and doesn’t work. We build well. We choose products that are durable, look great and provide less maintenance. All of our homes are thoughtfully designed for the Active Adult demographic. I like the idea of adaptable home design. I personally take the lead role to make sure each and every home plan is designed to live well today and in the future.

This year’s Parade of Homes entry is called the “Empty Nester” and exhibits above. We have worked with one of the best home designers in the nation (Mascord Home Designs) in developing this terrific home plan specifically catering to the Active Adult buyer.

Our in house designer worked closely with our clients to deliver a home that is truly a must see.

We will be showcasing the “Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH)” and Indoor Air Plus program as defined by the U.S. Department of Energy. Homes that qualify under this program are designed to meet high performance standards so that they are healthier, live better, work better and last longer than code built homes. We are excited to incorporate the ZERH and Indoor Air Plus concepts into every home we build.

You can get a live performance by visiting our entry into this year’s Parade of Homes starting September 8th.

We hope to see you there,
