We have great passion to listen and design to exactly what clients want in many cases their last home. Our team is organized so that we can produce each home to the exact specifications to each client desires (not common in our marketplace).

We say YES to a broad product lineup. Accessary Dwelling Units (commonly called ‘Granny Flats”), Shops/Garages with living quarters, Cottage Homes, Single Level Homes, Master on the Main plans and Multigenerational living designs are part of our plan’s portfolio.

This year we are excited to introduce “Farmhouse’ designs. We are working with clients on them now and we are just as excited as they are to see them finished.

We say YES to full customization. No detail is too small. We want it perfect for our clients. We have a terrific design and construction team that is well versed in making dreams reality.

We say YES to health and wellness.  All our homes are built with superior indoor air quality. A well-ventilated home with fresh clean air is appreciated by all our clients. We go to great lengths to incorporate Universal Design concepts into every home. Wider halls/doors, grab bars, superior lighting and minimizes steps are standards in every home to help improve safety around one’s home.

Our Model Home (7909 NE 78^th Street—across from Crossroads Church) is open Fridays-Mondays from 10a-4p.
