Real Estate Trends: On What is Important

Dear Neighbors,

I want to share with you a few of the things about the BIG thinking to get DOING that is going on right here in Vancouver at Peak Mortgage while we all continue to shelter in place.

One person was having difficulty getting her paperwork done and the deal worked by getting cell-phone photographs of the paperwork.

Some meetings are happening by one person being in one car with the window down while meeting with another person in another car with the window down.

Others are telling me that the phone calls coming from Peak Mortgage to check on them made all the difference in being able to move forward.

The opportunity to help in many ways beyond getting mortgages done is what we are going to remember here at Peak Mortgage in getting through these times. The loan applications, the refinancing, and helping in ways that gives us pride in being able to get things done are the things that are equally important. These times give fuel to the human spirit that will make the best in the business to become even better. Our neighbors are telling us so.

This is how we get the important things done at Peak Mortgage. The global pandemic is only proof that we have what it takes and that our community is ready to move forward. We are armed with meetings via video apps – document signing, conferencing, and much more.
