Our Core Purpose is to be the Best Empty Nester Builder in Southwest Washington. We believe we are, and here is why.

Our whole business model is based on serving the Empty Nester buyer. We eat, breath and live for helping Empty Nester’s live the next chapters in life better.

All locations allow for single level homes with three car garages (no easy feat considering all the density requirements by the municipalities). Each community has something special that Empty Nesters like. Views, greenbelts, walking trails, water and a general sense of calm are all key ingredients for our success servicing our Empty Nester clients.

Our floor plans are the best in the market. Craftsman, Farmhouse and Contemporary designs are all available. We welcome customization. I personally collaborate with each client to make sure we get their home plan to their liking. Details matter and I care to get the details right.

We incorporate Universal Design concepts into our homes so that our clients are safe and comfortable. Wider hallways, provide terrific lighting, minimize steps (we are focused on making our homes easy to navigate).

We have a terrific interior designer that helps our clients get the fit and finish exactly right. She helps take the stress out of the decision-making process. Our clients love it. She is our most popular employee!

We make sure we do the best we can to make sure our homes quiet, comfortable, healthy, and very energy efficient. We choose products and building techniques that look great and provide less maintenance.

We have great Trade Partners (vendors and subcontractors). Some have been with us since 1989. Our average tenure is 18 years working with us. They are the best in the market.
