How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I have been blessed to be a Realtor® for 16 years. After graduating from college and working in retail sales, I acquired my real estate license because I have always had an interest in real estate, investing, home building, working with my community and helping people. Real Estate is the perfect combination of all of these!

What is your specialty?
I enjoy all aspects of home buying and selling with a focus in residential, investment, new construction and custom home building. I have also worked with relocation companies assisting people in long distant moves, and providing corporate employment tours.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
I always work closely with my clients and prefer to take the time in the beginning of the process to ensure they are prepared for each step of their real estate experience. In today’s market, homes are selling fast and being prepared helps for a successful transaction.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
Throughout my years in real estate, I have been involved in many new construction projects, including; homes, condos, custom homes and national home builders. I decided to design my own floor plans and construct a personal custom home for my family so that I could get “hands-on” experience of the process. The experience has helped me grow and better myself as a Realtor.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most gratifying part of being a Realtor is helping people to achieve their real estate goals and dreams! I am grateful to be a trusted part of their new journey in life.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
Clark County is a growth hot spot! This area is ranked 9th out of 263 fastest appreciating markets in the United States. With good schools and local amenities, along with being relatively affordable along the Pacific region, there is great potential here.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
My wife and I have two daughters! We love to hike and explore the numerous trails available. We also enjoy visiting the coast and playing in the sand and waves together. My wife and I stay involved at our daughter’s school and are grateful for the chance to volunteer and help with events. My personal hobbies also include golf, hiking, real estate and stock investing.

What do you like about living in this area?
Clark County is such an amazing place to live and raise a family. We have many parks and trails, amazing local restaurants and events throughout the year that make this area so unique. I also like that it is growing, but still has a small town atmosphere.
