How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I have been in Real Estate and with John L Scott for 10 years now.
What is your specialty?
Residential and relocation specialist. I market homes with professional photography and print marketing. When I list a home, I do a huge listing launch which generates excitement and brings offers to the table for my sellers.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
The next home you buy needs to be right for you and your family. It is a seller’s market but interest rates are still low for buyers.
What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Sharing the excitement with a family getting into their next home, or selling a property to start a new chapter of their life, is gratifying.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
Paradise on the River
What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
I feel this will be a seller’s market for a year or two more.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
My hobbies are being with family & friends, snow skiing, hiking, cooking, enjoying the outdoors.
What do you like about living in this area?
I love the easy access to the freeways, shopping and restaurants, and being close to the Oregon state line and the Columbia River. I also love the views of Mt. Hood, the river and the city.
Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I love my job and my clients. I do two client appreciation parties each year. One in the summer with a live band and all the food you can eat and great music. Most of the clients that I have worked with come to this party. They bring their families and kids, there are door prizes and everyone has a blast. The second party is just before Christmas.
