How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I have worked in Real Estate for nine years, the last four as a Real Estate Broker. I enjoy being involved in many aspects of the industry helping people from the lending part in my early years through Short sales, sales and buying of homes.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
To buy a home is one of the most important decisions, if not the most important that we do in our life time. A place to call home where we raise our families, and also our biggest investment.
Why should someone select you as their real estate agent?
It’s all about trust and it has to be mutual, since it is one of the most important transactions of a life time.
What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Every transaction is different but the end result is to deliver the buyer or seller to their goal and for me to help them achieve their dream or need.
What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
As the economy is getting better the market is readjusting in our area and the prices will do the same. Opportunities will always be available and we have to be ready for them.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I love camping with friends and family, hiking or river rafting, and going wine testing and dining. I am a member of the Association of Charros of Oregon which is the equivalent to a Cowboy, buckaroo or wrangler. I’m also involved with the Hispanic community in different events as part of the Jalicienses, an organization focused on the wellbeing in our Northwest communities as well as in the State of Jalisco in Mexico.
What do you like about living in this area?
I love the evergreens of the Northwest, the water, the climate and most important, the people.
Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I like this company for many reasons. They are always on top of what’s going on in the market as well as in the legal side of the business. Real estate is very alive and is always moving and they are doing a great job at keeping us informed.
