How long have you worked in Real Estate? Serving Clark County since 2015
What is your specialty? Preparing the Listings and Growing in each transaction and ensuring all items are completed within the file. Not one transaction goes by where I didn’t learn something new. Personally, providing the customer service at a high level will ultimately achieve a better experience to our clients transactions and agent development.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home? Ask all the questions you can think of and keep them coming! A great broker will help you understand the process and what to expect next. Be comfortable enough with whoever you choose so you can ask any and every question 100 times if need be. This is meant to be about you and not about you being the numbers on a paycheck. The broker should be able to make you feel like you are their only client.
What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold? This is a difficult question as all properties that we list or sell are unique in their own way. From way out of town on a secluded lot to the raw piece of dirt that someone comes along and envisions their new home on. I can’t say that I have a most unique as beauty is always in the eye of the client.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate? Well as an administrator I showed up at a property with the photographer, and was told to leave because the kids didn’t need to have more than one strange person lurking around. Come to find out they hadn’t told the kids they were moving so everything was still under wraps. But yet the photographer did his thing and got to stay!
What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do? It’s also been amazing to watch our team grow from 2 agents and overcome hiccups involved with growth, Having the right team members in the right spot does wonders for customer service and growth of everyone individually.
What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices? Market is constantly shifting, up or down, and Clark County is experiencing that as is the rest the country. Shifting of the market is THE exciting part!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun? My Husband and I love to go out to the movies, up to the mountains or even just walk the waterfront! I enjoy following the Portland Winterhawks, and the Seahawks! Most weekends are spent with the 4 kids, and the family members who live nearby.
What do you like about living in this area? I love this area because of the seasons and the diversity of others around us in the community. Plus being close to the beautiful Columbia river gorge and the coast are perks as well.
Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company? We always find away to give where we live, it is one of our mottos, We are a group of people that love to contribute to our community, and once you work will us you become part of the family.
