What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Get connected with a Realtor® as soon as you can because they could potentially help you save money. As a seller, they could help you not spend money on something you will not recoup and as a buyer they could find a home for sale that is not already on the market.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
I listed and sold a house that had a very high profile murder in it.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
Showing a house where someone was sleeping in bed and then the very next house was a taxidermy alligator at the bottom of the basement stairs.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
In today’s market the most challenging is to find the right house for a buyer because the inventory is so low. It is also the most gratifying because you did find the right house with very little to choose from.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
I see interest rates increasing a little which will slow the buyers temporarily. I believe the prices will continue to increase but at a slower pace and our inventory will remain low.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I love to read! I like the beach and sitting by my swimming pool on a warm sunny day. Motocross is a big part of my life and has been for over 40 years. My most favorite thing is visiting my 3 children and my 4 grandchildren! I volunteer for the CCAR as their current Ombudsman. It is very satisfying to help people solve problems.

What do you like about living in this area?
I like the greenery and the landscape of Vancouver. It is very convenient for visiting the coast and mountains to enjoy outdoor activities. I love being outside.

I recently stepped down from a management role and back into full time sales so that I can travel more to see my family.
