What is your specialty?
Military relocation, first time home buyers, new construction. I was a previous Home Inspector so I look at homes at bit differently than my colleagues, which helps my clients during the search process.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Get a referral from a trusted friend or relative to help you sell or purchase a home.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
They have all been pretty normal, but someday I would like to sell an underground home.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
There were chickens in a home’s crawlspace.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most gratifying aspect of working in real estate is helping the first time home buyers realize they can own a home and really see their eyes light up.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
I continue to see Clark County as a strong market going into the second half of the decade.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
As a US Navy Veteran, I belong to the American Legion and volunteer to stand and honor fallen heroes with the patriot Guard Riders of Washington. I enjoy riding motorcycles and raising my two wonderful children and going on date night with my beautiful bride.

What do you like about living in this area?
I enjoy the northwest climate and the beauty of the surroundings the people in Vancouver Washington are some of the nicest I have found in the country.
