How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I’ve been licensed since May of 2014.
What is your specialty?
I am a Full Service Broker Agent. Customer service, negotiations and communication are my strengths. I believe when you’re consistent with practicing these three aspects in your business, you have an excellent opportunity of retaining lifelong satisfied clients. Placing your client’s needs first is the key to genuine lasting business relationships. A business, which is built off referrals, starts with people believing in your intent and output.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Be upfront, honest, transparent and forthright with your Realtor, and expect even more from them in return!
What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
A beautiful two level Spanish Villa, sitting on a one acre lot, in Ridgefield, WA. This home has many unique features, to list a few: ICF (insulated concrete form) construction, a radiant floor heating system on both levels and Keramia Porcelain Spanish tile throughout the home.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
Discovering and learning about the seemingly infinite ways to use technology to do this job effectively and efficiently.
What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Having the opportunity to work with different people from all walks of life! Meeting clients with different needs and unique personalities. It makes each day an incredible journey.
What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
As of today, I foresee a consistent climb in sales and a steady appreciation in home value. Owning property is smart! With our low inventory in the greater Vancouver, WA area, selling a listed home doesn’t take long if it’s offered at fair market value. At the same time, while interest rates are so incredibly low, it’s a really smart time to buy if you’re in the market.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
Today, living my life dedicated to God and family comes first. Practicing being of service to others nicely ties into my work and life responsibilities. I can’t imagine a more rewarding life today. When I do find a little “me” time, my favorite hobby is definitely playing golf, rain or shine. I’ve been an avid golfer since my early 20’s. I do enjoy most outdoor activities, so living here in the Pacific Northwest is truly paradise. I am a huge sports fan too, especially football (Go Seahawks).
What do you like about living in this area?
I love the seasons. I love the green grass and the trees. I love the close proximity to the mountains and the ocean. I love the people! It’s incredible to live somewhere you can have it all, you just need to open your eyes. I grew up as a child moving across the country due to my father being in the Air Force. From that experience to being on my own as a young adult, I continued to move around and had the opportunity to live in Midwest, Southwest and have traveled to all parts of the United States. I don’t feel there is a better place in America to live than the PNW. I’m very blessed to be here!
Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
It’s an honor to be a Realtor; we’re certainly not all the same. We come in different sizes, shapes and personalities. Something I emphasize with my clients, find who is right for you! Find a Realtor you can trust and build a relationship with. Hopefully you’ll feel that person is me, if not, that’s okay, just make sure you find someone. Be represented. Realtors are here to protect their clients’ interest.
I work for a fantastic company; Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate is first class. I wanted to find a brokerage that closely represented my personal values.
