What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Consult with your favorite local REALTOR® in order to ensure that your best interests are protected. Our market is ever changing and a good REALTOR® will be able to help you navigate the course.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
There have been so many! I have sold a 160-acre cattle ranch in Skamania, a tiny lake front cabin in Mossy Rock, and even a home in Salmon Creek that was allegedly haunted.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
You would be surprised to learn about the variety of pets that people keep in their homes!

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Nothing is more gratifying than helping someone realize their life’s dream of owning their own home.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
The market is still recovering. We should continue to see values appreciate. This is an exciting time for people currently interested in making a move.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I enjoy anything surrounding the beauty of the Northwest, assisting in the community, spending quality time with friends and family, and I absolutely love to travel!

What do you like about living in this area?
Nothing surpasses the grace of the Northwest, Clark County’s strong community bond, and home to the friendliest people in the nation!

The secret to our success is that we truly love what we do. We have the opportunity to make new friends every day and to help people realize their dreams through buying and selling real estate. The wonderful people who we work with make it exciting to get up and go to work each day.
