How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I have been a Realtor for the past eleven years and love every minute of it! I can’t imagine doing anything else! I have served on the CCAR Board of Directors for the past four years.

What are the top three things that separate you from your competition?

  • I listen closely to the individual needs and goals of my clients. Putting their needs first comes easy for me.
  • I understand that buying or selling a home is a big deal! Not only is it the largest investment for most people, it is where their memories are made. I have an old-fashioned work ethic. I work around the clock to help my clients through the process.
  • I have great resources! I use a professional stager and photographer to showcase my listings and attract the highest offers for my sellers. I have an admin/marketing assistant and a showing assistant. My buyers never have to wait too long to see the houses they want! I partner with the best lenders, inspectors and contractors in the county! If you have a need, I have a recommendation.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Work with a Realtor that you can trust! A good Realtor has access to all the market stats and a wealth of knowledge from their experiences. Interview several and then follow your gut and choose the one that you trust!

Why should someone select you as their real estate agent?
I am on the front lines of our local real estate market! I have successfully closed over 60 homes so far this year. I will guide you through the process to help you accomplish your goals. I stay in close communication until the job is done! I tell my clients that I am their Realtor for life and I mean it! I want them to call me with all their questions pertaining to home ownership long after the transaction is over.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
I once sold a fabulous home in Vancouver. During the inspection, we learned that there was an enormous secret shelter built under the home, only accessible through a tunnel in the crawlspace. It was large enough to house 100 people with enough resources to feed them for a year! It was fascinating!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy camping, fishing and other outdoor adventures with my boys!
