It is actually a recreational/camping property so each site must adhere to that premise. Some members have only an RV or developed site, and some have living spaces built on to their trailer . Purchasing a place here means you become a member. Membership includes all of your utilities (water, electricity, and garbage) and access to the amenities, most of which are free or almost free. The annual membership fee for 2024 is $2995. Including indoor heated pool and hot tub, boat launch, putt-putt course, private swimming beach, short term and long term boat moorage (for a fee) kayak, canoe, paddle board rental or if you have your own you can use their secure lake-side storage. The lake is a 7 minute drive through the campground from cabin. Activities for all ages, including movie nights, kid's parties, live music, and non-denominational chapel every Sunday in the summer. There are group activities of all kinds as well. Regulations prevent anyone from living here full time. You can have a RV on the site for 2 weeks at a time, there is room for about a 36' - 40' RV in front of the cabin.
