Kimber Estates: Unique New Community in Vancouver Appeals to a Wide Range of Buyers

North Columbia Homes has recently opened sales for their latest subdivision located in northeast Vancouver. Kimber Estates floorplans range from 1,828-3,788 square feet. Buyers can choose the best floorplan to fit their needs and lifestyle as well as choose colors and other options. Slab granite, tile floors and countertops, AC, yard sprinklers are a few of the high quality amenities included which would be considered upgrades elsewhere.
The subdivision is near a public school, York Elementary, and backs to a public park. There are just six lots still available for purchase in the 12-lot subdivision, with a model home and spec home also available. Prices start in the low $500,000s and low HOAs.
Interested buyers are invited to view the model home during the following hours: Friday 1-5pm, Saturday 11-4, Sunday 11-4, and Monday 1-5. An agent will be available on site during those times or by appointment.
