It is essential to find a home or property that meets your unique needs, and when it is time to grow or move on, it is important to have a smooth transition. With a passion for service in the Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington area, Nicole Saul is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Home Sweet Home Realty family, Nicole carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

Buying a home can be overwhelming and stressful. Nicole’s advice is to know what you are looking for. Make a comprehensive list of what you need and want in a property, so you can move forward with confidence. This is a huge investment in your life so do not settle for anything less than perfect.

For many people, owning a home is a life-long dream or goal. The most gratifying part of being a Real Estate Broker, Nicole says, is helping people make that dream come true by finding the perfect property.

Home Sweet Home Realty is locally owned, with a fantastic all female team. They are a Low Fee, High Service Real Estate firm operating in Oregon and SW Washington. Their goal is to provide amazing service and the best possible experience for their clients. All this service and more for a total 4% commission to sell your property, both residential and commercial. “I love working at Home Sweet Home because I truly feel that we provide a valuable service for a good price.”

In her free time, Nicole enjoys outdoors adventures, cooking food for loved ones, and growing vegetables. “My grandma instilled in me at a young age a love for gardening and community. I have a large garden that produces a great many fruits and vegetables that I share with  friends and family. I make my own pickles, sauerkraut, sauces, mead, and bread. I also enjoy many outdoor recreational actives including running, hiking, kayaking and camping.”

“A home brings family together; it is a place where you will create and share memories. My family has worked with real estate for generations. Buying and managing property has been an integral part of my life and has brought my family closer together. I purchased my first property when I was twenty-one and have helped to manage family property for more than ten years. I enjoy using this experience to help others.”
