How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I’ve been working in real estate for over 10 years and have loved every minute of it!

What is your specialty?
My specialty ranges all types of homes. Waterfront luxury properties to smaller family homes, to land and everything in between. Recently, I’ve been working a lot with relocation and I love being able to guide new people around our wonderful city and everything it has to offer. I have experience with virtually all types of properties and very much enjoy working with my clients. I work hard to prepare and inform my clients throughout the process. Just making a transaction happen is not enough. A good transaction has to be smart and make good business sense.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Position yourself to have a very clean transaction so we can negotiate accordingly.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
I listed a very unique home on five acres with a helipad, sports court and professional putting green. The home had a custom man cave with a 20 foot long bar! It was truly a little bit of Hollywood here in Camas.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
A home I previewed to show clients had farm animals living in the garage! Needless to say, upon consultation, my buyers decided a visit to that particular property was not required.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
I love helping people attain their goal of buying or selling a home. Sometimes I face challenges with keeping the transaction moving forward, but that’s when my experience kicks in and I am able to get creative. And it’s always gratifying when I am able to see my clients happy and accomplishing their goals.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
The real estate market has recovered very well in this area. People are excited about buying real estate again and that’s good for everyone. For the future of Clark County I expect to see prices stabilizing somewhat, but the long term trend should be up due to the continuing influx of people. It seems our sleepy little community has finally been “discovered.”

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I love to travel. My family and I recently went on a trip to Europe and even while travelling, I am looking at and thinking about real estate! I love seeing how others live. I live in Camas and I love participating in local Camas events as much as I can. Being a member of several local groups allows me to really feel like I am a part of the community.

What do you like about living in this area?
I love the sense of community all over Vancouver. We have such wonderful restaurants and shopping, amenities and entertainment. It’s been wonderful seeing Vancouver and its surroundings growing over the years.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I am pleased to say that over the years I have established a deep and extensive network of professional relationships with businesses and individuals. These relationships help to best assist my clients complete their transaction in a smooth and effective manner. I love what I do with a great passion. It’s not a job. It’s something I truly enjoy doing. Buying or selling a property can be very emotional and I understand that aspect fully. I really try to bridge the gap between those emotions and making sound decisions. Timely communication is extremely important and my clients find that I will always make the time for their needs and concerns.
