How long have you worked in Real Estate?
My career began in 2003, now totaling over 14 years in the business. My mom was a Realtor® and as a child I remember how fun it was to see all the houses and just knew that was what I wanted to do when I grew up!

What is your specialty?
My specialty is first time home sellers. It can be such a tricky and nerve-wracking experience for someone that hasn’t been through it and I really enjoy being able to guide someone through that process and make their transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible. My proven process and aggressive marketing plan makes it easy for sellers every step of the way.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
When you are selling your home, curb appeal and appearance matters the most. When you are buying a home, don’t hesitate, if you find something that you like and it fits in your budget, don’t let it pass you by!

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
The most unique property that I have sold was a beautiful custom built home in Camas with dramatic 360 degree views of the city, Columbia River and evergreen trees. The backyard was like an oasis, it featured a massive wall along the full back of the property that was a huge waterfall. The most unusual property that I have sold was a completely normal looking split level home in an established neighborhood. Once you opened the front door you were inside a full blown night club complete with a full bar, dance floor, disco ball and glow in the dark paint on the walls! Believe it or not, it sold “as is”.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most gratifying part of what I do is helping people and knowing that I’ve made a difference in their lives. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how many transactions I’ve completed but more about the meaningful relationships that I’ve built with my clients and helping them make their dreams come true. There sure is a lot of conflicting information out there. It can be very overwhelming for buyers and sellers alike. It is my job to help my clients through those challenges.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
Nobody can see into the future. However, I feel that interest rates will continue to rise over the next couple of years as well as the demand for housing causing prices to increase as well. We are the second fastest growing city in North America just behind Toronto. That leads me to believe that prices will increase due to supply and demand.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I love spending time with my large family and consider myself blessed to witness my parents’ 40-year marriage and enjoy time with them, my three sisters and their families. Spoiling my nieces and nephews and being the best Auntie in the world to them is the best. I have two Bengal cats that I love dearly. I am passionate about health and fitness, cooking and wine tasting. I love to volunteer my time as a life coach because I truly do LOVE helping people! Spending time with my friends is also high priority. I am always up to trying adventurous and new things – even if I only try them once like skydiving!

What do you like about living in this area?
The NW is such a beautiful place to live with hills, evergreen trees and mountains on all sides. It is amazing that on a two hour car ride in any direction you can visit a large city, rivers and lakes, mountains with snow, hot springs, ocean beaches, or high desert.
