After 12 years away from real estate, Melissa Spino is happy to be back with the Keller Williams Premier Partners team. During her years away from real estate she had the opportunity to grow her client care skills in the Senior Living Health Care Industry as a Human Resources Director. Her clients in the senior living industry and real estate market all have something in common: transition. Melissa describes herself as someone with fortitude, patience, compassion, and even excitement to guide clients through living transitions whether it’s the growing family needing to upsize or the empty nesters ready to downsize. She says that Keller Williams offers the support and training she needs to give her buyers, sellers, and co-agents the best experience in every transaction.
“Whether the excited first-time home buyer, the growing family looking to upsize, or the couple looking for their “forever home”- I am ready, willing, and able to meet them where they are. Working in senior living gave me a special understanding of what the entire family goes through when a loved one needs placement in a retirement, assisted living, or memory care community. I have cried with the wife who is moving from the home she raised her children in, listened to an overwhelmed adult child, and held the hand of a gentleman who is confused about where he is and why his car isn’t outside in the parking lot. It is this level of caring that I offer each and every individual I have the honor to work with.”
When she’s not working Melissa enjoys time with family and Pacific Northwest outdoor adventures with her husband, Jesse, and two-year-old Cane Corso, Mugsy. Together they have six grown children with children of their own. Melissa also loves to write and serve at her local church.
