How long have you worked in Real Estate? I have been in the Real Estate industry for a little over 10 years

What is your specialty? I work full time as a Residential Real Estate Broker in Clark County,  I especially like to help clients find land and see them through the new construction process. We have some really great builders in Clark County to choose from and that also help make the process fun and exciting.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home? Find a Realtor that will be accessible and works in your best interest.  You want someone that is honest and is excited about your new venture because you will now be joined together as a team!

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold? I’ve had a few of these actually….one had bright purple carpet in the master bedroom and a huge sunken bath tub in the middle of the floor……another had a book shelf then opened down to a gun safe below the home

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do? One of the most gratifying parts of my job would definitely be sharing in the excitement with the family in their next chapter in life, whether I am listing their home and they are moving out of state or downsizing, upsizing or first time home owners, whatever the case may be. The most challenging part of my job can be finding that “perfect” home for a buyer and within their budget since prices have risen quite a bit in the last few years.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices? I see that prices have come down a bit and are leveling out, it will definitely be interesting to see what happens in the next couple years. Could swing towards more of a buyers market this year, we will just have to see how the market plays out.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun? I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I have 2 young boys, which keeps us super busy. We love to hike with them, go camping,  travel,  boating and fishing and just be outside as much as possible.

What do you like about living in this area? Being active outside is huge for our family, I was born and raised here and love that we can go up to the mountains to hike or be in the snow, drive to the beach or go the many reservoirs and rivers to be by the water.  The NW is such a beautiful place at every season.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company? I started my own company a couple years ago, The Simpson Group and I hang my license at Wise Move Real Estate.  I have an amazing job and have the best clients that have shown me the ultimate compliment by trusting me and what I do and  refer me to their family and friends…for that I am forever humbled and grateful.
