Trust. It’s the only product we have to sell.

Whom do you trust? According to a national survey (the 2017 Edelman Trust Barometer), people have lost trust in government, media, business and non-governmental organizations. As a financial services provider, Clark County Title cares deeply about earning and keeping your trust. Because we play a behind the scenes and little-understood role in real estate transactions, it is essential to us that we do everything possible to demonstrate our trustworthiness and to never betray that hard-earned trust. Our reputation is everything.

Clark County Title deserves your trust. We’ve been handling real estate closings since 1980. Our Title Officers and Escrow Officers are experienced professionals with the highest professional standards. We adhere to every single Best Practices guideline in our industry. I personally have served eight years on the Limited Practice Board that regulates escrow closers in our state, including a stint as Chair of that Board. We take our responsibilities seriously.

I don’t expect that people will trust us just because we say “trust me.” What I do hope is that when you have a purchase, sale or refinance transaction, you will consider using our local, independent title company to close your transaction. Allow us to demonstrate our trustworthiness, and judge us by our actions, not just our words.

Thank you for trusting the professional title and escrow people of Clark County Title! We would be grateful to be your trusted title company.

Your neighbor,

Scott Hogan
