Clark County Title’s hometown team is gaining ground. Since establishing itself in 1980, we have worked to build on the good work that is always done locally and never outsourced by Clark County’s local title company.

Team Clark County Title is a skilled group who knows the process and customer service of title settlement services for purchasing a home or refinancing one. It’s the team’s job to help buyers and owners navigate the purchase of their piece of the land in one flawless, seamless transaction. From title insurance to complex questions, we are here. You’ve met Kellie Jo, Cherylee, Shannon, and Kelly McDonald through these articles – all are tremendously experienced professionals. All are well connected persons with significant roots here including me!

While I’m new as manager of Clark County Title, I’m not new to title and escrow. In my 25 years of experience, I’ve helped thousands of people. Experience has taught me that residential real estate is really an emotional transaction. That, to me, means I bring the ability to help and provide understanding to the table.

In doing the math on experience, did you know that experience can sell homes 32% more quickly through the process of working with veteran real estate professionals? The Journal of Housing Research also reveals that veteran real estate professionals in all categories are 1.6 times more likely to successfully close a property.

In experiencing the “experience” of recently moving with my wife Char to our empty-nester condo, I’m reminded of how important a home is in one’s life. Growing up in the Lake Shore area of Hazel Dell, moving to Salmon Creek was a big deal that was helped by those who helped us in the process.

It’s exciting to have a new home and to grow the experiences in managing this group of well-connected, knowledgeable professionals at the helm of serving the ever-expanding needs of our customers who want to buy their own piece of America.

Your neighbor,

Scott Hogan
