Current Real Estate Market — Trick or Treat?
Posted October 28, 2017 in Real Estate Trends
Any business owner would love to pick up the phone and be told, “I want to buy your product.” The second best call, though, is the caller who says, “I’m trying to get information on how to _______ real estate.” That gives us a chance to earn the caller’s business.
Some people are spooked by today’s real estate market. Home prices have risen, the inventory of available homes is low, and loan approval standards are ever-changing. Is this a good time to sell? To buy? To build? To borrow? And what about the fact that I’m newly-divorced, newly widowed or working at a new job? Want to move up to a bigger house? Move down to smaller? It’s a lot to keep track of if you’re trying to stay on top of it all.
Fortunately, you are luckier than the unsuspecting victim in a horror movie, because there are experts on each of these subjects that are happy to help you navigate the details of decision-making — and Clark County Title knows many of the best experts. We’re fortunate to work with many of the BEST Realtors, builders, lenders, surveyors, real estate attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys, home inspectors, and others who make it their job to know the answers to any real estate-related question you can conjure up! Being members of the Clark County Association of Realtors, Building Industry Association, and the Clark County Bar Association, we’re surrounded by the best local real estate people.
Because we’ve been an active member of the real estate community since 1980, we’ve had an opportunity to become team partners with many repeat referral sources who have come to trust us to handle their transactions. Our role is just a piece of the pie, but we pride ourselves in being able to help people get answers to any real estate questions that arise — we don’t have all the answers, but we know where to find them!
Make us a resource to help you! Give us a call to allow us to show you what we mean by our motto “Service Is the Difference.” We’re your home-grown, local, independent title company in an increasingly corporate world.
Thank you on behalf of the local title and escrow professionals of Clark County Title.
