Whether you are a fan of Ralphie, Rudolph, the Grinch or George Bailey, there’s something for everyone at this time of year. While you’re enjoying your family, friends and favorite Christmas traditions, take the time to reflect on the year just ending and to look forward to the year ahead.

The year in Clark County real estate has been a busy one. Regular readers of The Columbian know that home construction and sales activity have been robust and that home values have increased substantially. Commercial projects are visible in many parts of the county. Interest rates continue to be quite low. In a word, the real estate market is good. Clark County Title has been blessed to be a part of it, and we sincerely thank our loyal customers.
