In 2002, we started our relationship with Mascord Home Designs (www.houseplans.co). We partnered with them to design a beautiful single level home that signified the feeling of ‘Freedom’ of when people become an ‘Empty Nester’.

Our relationship with Mascord Homes Designs has matured to a point now that they work with over 80% of our clients customizing their homes. Their ability to listen to clients and design accordingly is tremendous. The quality of their blueprints makes it easy for us to execute the build. Everyone of our homes we build are of a ‘Parade’ quality of which Mascord Home Designs helps us do so.

This year’s Parade of Homes entry is named ‘Crema’. It is a contemporary version of our model home named the ‘Vienna’. It is a beautiful single level home that is quiet and comfortable. We like to name our homes after coffee drinks. It is fun and an easy way for prospects to remember us!!

The Parade of Homes has special meaning to me. I personally work most of the open hours. I usually will have one of our valued employees with me. They love showing off their great work!! It gives us the opportunity to have dialog with the public, our prospects, clients, trade partners and industry folk. We learn a lot and goes a long ways in helping us continue to improve.
