A Note: Our role during these challenging times

Dear Neighbors,

I hope this note finds you and your loved ones healthy and well.

It is safe to say that since I wrote four weeks ago, these recent weeks have been among our most challenging and emotional times that any of us can remember within our lives. The impact of the coronavirus outbreak has been felt throughout our communities, both personal and professional and around the world.

The response to this crisis within our community especially has been extraordinary; not only are we doing what we must do, but we are doing what we can do to help.

This crisis and social distancing has given me and Peak Mortgage the opportunity to help as a connector with what matters to us about home.

I am writing, in as deeply a personal way as I can. I have a heartfelt appreciation for all of the home building industry who joins us at Peak Mortgage in helping people with vital public assistance information to get us through this time.

Right now, we are processing loan applications and refinancing as fast as we can. I can share that what was taking less than 30 days is now taking 60 and even 90 days.  We appreciate the patience we are seeing in the families and individuals we are working. We are also acting as a connector to the best information we have available for those who need other help. We are doing the things we can and sharing resources for those who need help beyond what we can directly provide.

While much remains uncertain right now, one thing is certain: this time will pass. When the times are once again normalized, I want you to choose Peak Mortgage with even greater pride because of the actions we took on behalf of our community.

Stay healthy and safe. Call or email MPattullo@PeakMtg.com

We lend where we live,
