The 2019 NW Natural Parade of Homes returns this September

The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) is pleased to announce that this year’s NW Natural Parade of Homes presented by DeWils and HomeStreet Bank will be located in the gorgeous Camas hillsides, overlooking the Columbia River at the new Dawson’s Ridge development. The groundbreaking ceremony for the homes occurred on February 28th, with dozens of BIA members, sponsors, and local dignitaries. And for one rare year, the sun was out, and it was an absolutely gorgeous day. Those attending the groundbreaking were able to see where the homes would be built and get a feel for this amazing, on the bluff, NW Natural Parade of Homes site.
NW Natural is our returning once again as our title sponsor, and this year’s event will feature luxury homes with gas heating and gas amenities. Builders featured (at the date of this blog posting) include Axiom Luxury Homes, Cascade West Development, Glavin Homes, MC Custom Homes, Affinity Homes and for the first time – a remodeled home by Forged Custom Homes!
Home prices are projected to range in price from $1.5 million to over $2 million and expect to see homes with square footages in the 3,000 to almost 5,000+ range. “You will see fine craftsmanship, innovative design, a remodeled home and of course fresh décor ideas by some of the Building Industry Association’s top designers. We know this setting in Camas overlooking the Columbia River will make for a beautiful show,” said Avaly Scarpelli, Executive Director for the BIA.
The NW Natural Parade of Homes is produced by the Building Industry Association of Clark County. For the past 42 years, SW Washington’s premier home show has become an annual tradition for families, couples and everyone looking for innovative ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping, and the hottest interior design trends are always a draw. Homebuyers and those looking for inspiration for their own home will have plenty of options and ideas to explore at the show this September!
