Lennar Grand Opens New Models and Floorplans at Herzog Farm – Saturday, March 10

Lennar will Grand Open five new model homes for their very popular community, Herzog Farm, on Saturday, March 10 from 12–4 p.m. This new offering will see the addition of four all new floorplans that showcase Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ home designs, elevated Everything’s Included® features and great interior and exterior architectural design.

With the addition of four new floorplans, homeshoppers will have 8 different home designs to choose from to find their perfect fit. Home sizes in this community range from approximately 1,897 to 3,524 square feet and offer between three to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. These homes showcase open living spaces, modern kitchens and enviable master suites.

Two Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs are now available at Herzog Farm for multigenerational living, including an all-new single level plan.
