How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I’ve been in real estate since February 2002.

What is your specialty?
I work with a team of six, so we make sure to cover every detail & give you the very best service possible throughout a buyer or sellers experience. We also truly love what we do & care about our client – which shines though in what we do!

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
One tip I have for someone looking to buy or sell is to find a qualified realtor that you have a great rapport with and can trust that they are always looking out for your best interest!

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
The most unique property I sold was a home on a lake (rare in our area) for buyers that are huge wake surfing enthusiasts & competitors. It was like a total dream come true!!!

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
The most unique property I sold was a home on a lake (rare in our area) for buyers that are huge wake surfing enthusiasts & competitors. It was like a total dream come true!!!

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most challenging aspect is now with this market having such low inventory, it is hard to find buyers what they want, for the prices they can afford. The most gratifying is when I see my sellers & buyers so truly happy with their new home &/or thankful for the great experience we helped them have throughout the process. The relationships we build are priceless.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
It is hard to tell what the future hold for real estate prices. There are many different thoughts, but I do know it’s a great time to sell with low inventory and a great time to buy with such low interest rates.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
When not working, I love to spend time with my family & friends traveling, boating, riding Harley with my husband, working out & playing in the sunshine.

What do you like about living in this area?
I like living in this area with great river access, and the mountain & beaches are only about 1 hour away. There is so much to do & explore.
