How long have you worked in Real Estate?
16 years, since 2000.

What is your specialty?
I enjoy working with buyers. I love the relationships that are built while driving from one house to the next. I find out what is important to my clients.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
I tell my buyers that it is better to go ahead and see a house that they are unsure about when viewing online. You can’t always tell what a house will be like until it is experienced.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
I wrote an offer on a high end condo that had about 10 dancer poles installed throughout the home.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
Some buyers and I were peeking into the crawlspace of a bank owned home where we saw a sleeping bag and pillow laid out on the ground. I think someone was living in the crawlspace.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Earlier this year the challenge was low inventory, now it is delayed appraisals. The challenges are always changing. That’s what creates experience and knowledge.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
I think real estate will be steady with prices relatively flat.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I enjoy painting, tennis, playing card games and hanging out with my whole family.

What do you like about living in this area?
We have the most beautiful summers. Long days, great temperatures. It’s perfect.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I am so proud to be part of a company that strives to be the best. Whether it’s how we treat our clients or learning the latest in real estate practices and laws. Plus, we have fun.
