How long have you worked in Real Estate?
15 years.

What is your specialty?
I love homes on acreage. I live on 10 acres myself and have horses and dogs, so showing homes in the country is special.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Make sure you get approved before you start looking.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
I listed a home I called the Hobbit House. It had so many nooks and odd shaped rooms and was really one of a kind!

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate?
I had to transport my client and her cat and she had to give the cat marijuana to calm her. She blew the smoke into the cat’s mouth. It worked!

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Finding the right house for the buyer. It is not always the one they think will work for them at the beginning.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
I believe we will have another great year ahead of us with low interest and better inventory.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
Tennis is my first love, and horses a close second. I love all sports and enjoy going to all my grandson’s games.

What do you like about living in this area?
The moderate weather and being close to mountains and the beach. I really like living in a small town, but like the closeness of all the big city amenities.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I love working for a small home town office. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help out. Even when I am on a cattle drive or roping, I always have my phone with me to answer clients’ calls!
