How long have you worked in Real Estate?
2.5 years with Keller Williams from the get go.

What is your specialty?
Our specialty is being a reliable resource that our clients can trust. We help first time home buyers, investors, sellers as well as everything in between.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Gain the knowledge you need to make the most informed decision. Not all agents are equal and neither are all lenders. Work with someone who makes you comfortable and gets you the info you’re needing.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
A small cabin on the Lewis River that has been in my client’s family since the 1950’s. It’s an amazing opportunity for someone to have river frontage close to town.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate?
I’ve had several clients buy homes based on our video walk through that we created for them. A couple of clients have literally bought homes sight unseen and were in love with the homes when they moved in. This is not my recommendation ever but sometimes we have to work with what works for our clients.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most rewarding aspect of what we do to help people is the relationships that we have created with people who start out as strangers and end up being close friends. Many of our clients have turned into friendships that will last forever. That is the most rewarding part of what we do!

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
There will always be a need for a larger or smaller home. People will always need a reliable resource to help them make the move they need to fit their changing life! Buyers and sellers are more educated now than they have ever been so as Real Estate professionals we need to be ahead of this and continue to grow and learn to provide the best information available.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
We have been blessed with a beautiful daughter who is about to turn 1 so I enjoy anything I get to do with her. My wife and I take our daughter camping, swimming and out in the yard just to play with the dog. The simple things are what I enjoy the most! Being in the Pacific Northwest we have endless opportunities to seek adventure and we want to make sure to broaden our daughter’s perspective of all of the wonderful things the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

What do you like about living in this area?
Nature! Between the National forests and all the mountains we always fill any free time pretty quickly. We spend time picking wild berries, hiking, riding our bikes throughout the area. I don’t love the rain but the rain is what makes this place so beautiful. Now that its summer time, my favorite thing about SW Washington is that we have so much water access to enjoy right in our backyard. Between the reservoirs and the rivers we have plenty of things to enjoy.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
We truly enjoy helping the people we meet. Our team is regular folks who have a passion for building relationships through contribution. This is what we live and breathe everyday and we would love to meet you, see how we can help and hopefully become an excellent resource you can trust.
