What is your specialty?
Working with great people trying to buy and sell residential properties and land.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Try to view the home and transaction from the other side’s perspective; this will help create a more mutually beneficial deal, because we all should hope for everyone to be happy in the end.
What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
All have been pretty normal so far, but I look forward to the one that’ll make the history books. : )
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
I worked a deal without ever meeting the clients or ever seeing the house. The first time we met was at the inspection. Everything worked out great, it was just unusual circumstances.
What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
I absolutely love teaching and helping people through the buying and selling process. I always say, “The more information you have, the better decision you can make.”
What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
I believe Clark County will continue to see more growth and prices will most likely continue to rise.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
My favorite time is exploring what life has to offer with my lovely wife. I look forward to giving back to the community as a Volunteer FF/EMT. When I need a recharge, I love the outdoors and how it can quickly remove daily stresses and bring you back to what’s truly important in life.
What do you like about living in this area?
Having been born and raised in Clark County, I have a great appreciation for the area and everything it has to offer. I love being within driving distance to the mountain, ocean, major cities, and on top of that, we have such a beautiful green countryside. Why live anywhere else?
