How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I have been a RealtorĀ® for just shy of two years. I have previous experience working in Real Estate when I lived in Boise, Idaho. Starting as a receptionist, shortly after I moved to transaction coordinator, and finally I moved on to become the company graphic designer. Now, living back home and working as a Broker/Realtor I feel like I have come full circle!

What is your specialty?
I focus on being a community expert, with a side of personal connection. I want to be known in the community for my honesty, integrity, and customer service that goes above and beyond.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
The best advice I can give is to use a professional. One of my favorite sayings is; “you don’t know what you don’t know.” A professional will help guide you through the process.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
My favorite homes are always the ones that have rare features. Things like cubbies built into the walls, entries that lead to “secret” rooms, dumbwaiters, laundry shoots, stained glass windows, hand carved woodwork, crystal doorknobs, and elaborate chandeliers.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
There really is never a dull moment in Real Estate. You never know what you are going to get. However, what I think is strange might not be strange to someone else, so to each his own!

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most gratifying part of what I do is helping people. I love establishing relationships with my clients, and helping them get exactly what they want. There is no better feeling for me than to help my clients accomplish their life goals.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
Unfortunately, no one can predict what the future for the market holds. I hope to see a little more balance, but whatever comes I am ready for it, and here to
help!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I love to be with my family. Most of them live around here, which I love because I can spend quality time with them whenever I want. I am currently engaged to the love of my life. We are getting married on June 9, 2017. When we are not
planning our wedding, we spend time with our two pugs, Sophie and Charlie, and our Saint Bernard Walter. Together, we all love to go camping, hiking and to the ocean as often as we can. I love to volunteer any chance I get, as I said earlier I love to help people. My biggest hobby outside of work and volunteering, is painting. I am not Picasso but I love it, and I try to paint as often as possible!

What do you like about living in this area?
I love that we are so close to the mountains, rivers, and ocean. I love that the majority of the residents here are honest, friendly and helpful. There is a decent sense of community in the neighborhoods around here. I also love that we live in an area that is growing. As a professional in real estate I find it so exciting to be a part of that growth and change in our community.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I would like them to know that Coldwell Banker is great to be associated with. They provide me with an environment that allows me to conduct my business ethically, and professionally. Coldwell Banker provides me with consistent education opportunities to ensure I can meet or exceed my clients’ expectations. It is extremely important to me to align myself with companies and professionals whose values match my own. At Coldwell Banker this rings true.
