How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2012 and provided marketing services to Real Estate professionals and others for three years prior.

What is your specialty?
As a Marketing major, I bring a unique level of knowledge and ability to identify opportunities for my clients whether selling or purchasing. I love being able to educate and guide people through the challenges of the real estate market.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Patience. Then find a great Realtor® that will put you first, listen to your needs, and help you attain your goals.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
Every property is unique in its own way. But I love rehab projects. Watching a decrepit home be transformed to the pride of the neighborhood is a great experience.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
Working with investors, I often see many strange and interesting things, like pink square toilets, secret hiding places, rodents, fleas, and much more…

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most challenging aspect right now is just finding homes for the amazing people I work with. This is an issue in every price range from $200,000 to $500,000 and beyond. Over the last year, I have had to become creative in finding off-market homes for buyers in the area.
The most gratifying is always the process and handling of “key” time. I love getting to know the people I serve and forging that relationship. It is such a joy to know that I was a part of the building block to family memories and financial futures.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
Well, I think we all wish we had a crystal ball. What we know for sure is that we have record low inventory in the area and high demand. This is going to make for an active market throughout the spring and summer months.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
I am actively involved with the Clark County Mural Society and love seeing our spaces being transformed with art. Additionally, I have volunteered and fostered for local non-profit animal rescue groups. I love spending any free moment that I have with my beautiful girls whether that is in the stands as they compete/play, outside and with animals, working in the community, or just exploring the area’s hidden gems.

What do you like about living in this area?
My family and I have lived in this area since 2004, and absolutely love everything it has to offer. From First Fridays, to farmers markets and concerts, local art, hiking, biking, snowboarding and much more, this area has a lot to offer any type of lifestyle.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I have been absolutely blessed to have been raised and trained by the best Realtors in Clark County. Across brokerages our area has some amazing knowledgeable Real Estate agents that share expertise and look after each other, the community, and our clients.
