How long have you worked in Real Estate?
Almost 7 years.

What is your specialty?
Residential properties.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Be prepared. If you are prepared for what may come and how to get there, then the road will be much smoother.

What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
Fortunately, all the houses I’ve sold are pretty normal.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
I am thankful to say that I have had a pretty normal experience in Real Estate.

What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?
Making everyone happy. As an agent, it is my job to try to make everyone happy. That means making sure that my client gets what they want, while not making the other party angry. Sometimes people like to ask for “just a little bit more” to see if they can get it. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t, but it’s up to me to ask in just the right way, and it usually works.

What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?
With the influx of people moving to the northwest I see home sales growing over the next 2-3 years, and with that the prices will continue to steadily grow as well.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Hobbies, volunteering, family, fun?
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking something I probably shouldn’t eat, making jewelry and working in my yard – there’s nothing like digging in the dirt on a sunny day.

What do you like about living in this area?
It’s beautiful and you don’t have to go far to see a little bit of nature.

Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I work hard to make my clients feel like they matter – because they do. I genuinely enjoy Real Estate — meeting people, helping them and getting to know them.
