Waiting for Springtime?

Posted February 18, 2017 in Real Estate Trends

2017 started with a bang and hasn’t let up! The level of real estate activity in Clark County is high, and shows no signs of slowing. Property values continue to remain strong. And all of this happened despite Mother Nature’s best effort to make us all hibernate and stay off icy roads.

Clark County Title is bullish on real estate in the near term. We’ve been around since 1980, so we’ve seen rises and falls in real estate, even spikes and crashes. The trend this year is up, up, up–but not so crazy as to indicate a looming correction. To adjust to this continuing, upward trend, we’re growing! We’re looking for good, experienced title and escrow people to help us provide great customer service in both our downtown location AND our new East County location opening this Spring. If you know of people who have a “customer-first” mindset, I’d love to talk to them! As manager, my job is to take care of our excellent staff so they can take care of you.

Don’t wait for Springtime to make your real estate moves! Whether it’s buying or selling, refinancing or looking for a new title company, this is a great time to act. Please consider Clark County Title as part of your team in accomplishing these real estate goals. We’re the home-grown, hometown alternative to corporate competitors, with the financial strength of our national underwriters standing behind our title insurance policies but the feel of a family-run shop.

Thank you for supporting the people of Clark County Title! It is a blessing for which we are grateful.

Your neighbor,

Scott Hogan
