Our last article I shared with you our Core Purpose: a unified commit to be the best Empty Nester homebuilder in Southwest Washington ranging from 1500-2400 square feet. This article I would like to share with you our Core Values.
Over the years we find that working consistently with a set of Core Values has been extremely valuable in our success. We think it is the glue that holds us together. Here they are:

Treat People with Respect—be positive, patient, prompt and follow through
Accountability—you control your choices and attitude—do what you say

Commitment to Community—support vocational training in Southwest Washington
Our Core Values are shared with our clients, employees and trade partners. We find when we are all aligned with our Core Values life is much better.
Our model home, ‘The Lincoln’ will be opening the first weekend of February. It is located on the Green Meadows golf course. The Lincoln will be the launching pad for our renewed focus. We look forward to seeing you there.
