2017 Year to Date Summary

We’re halfway through 2017, and the year is shaping up to be good, if not great, for real estate — at least for sellers. The median sales price has risen from below $300,000 at the start of the year to nearly $325,000, and the average sales price has risen from $335,000 to over $350,000. Inventory (the number of homes for sale) is low, and interest rates continue to be low. Clark County is the third-fastest growing county in a rapidly growing state.
